Boy, do I need help.
I''m a novice with a lot of email experience; but this program is throwing me for a loop: It will not allow me to delete an email message out of my inbox. It will not allow me to save a new contact. I can't even delete a calendar reminder. Can you help me?

Highlight message in inbox, use delete key. 2. Open message, right-click on "From", save contact. 3. Dismiss reminder.
