I have a desktop that does not receive or send emails on outlook. It has the same account settings that my laptop which can send and receive messages. I have disabled the firewalls but nothing seems to help. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I had to buy Outlook 2010 just to get support help. It was cheaper than paying Microsoft since I never got anywhere with them. I am already to go now. Never new what was wrong with my older version.
