Outlook 2003 - name resolution - cache
I have enabled the option of "suggest names while completing to...fields"
and "Automatic name checking", on our pc's, and was wondering how i can clear the cache on each pc, as there are many incorrect addresses in the cache, and entering it correctly and resending the e-mail does not update the cache to the correct info. Regards Sean |

If you want to delete the whole collection look for the .NK2 file for that
profile and delete it. If you just want to delete one or two, start typing an e-mail address that brings those up in the autosuggest list, then use your arrow keys to highlight the bad address and press [DELETE] to remove it. there are many posts here about the .N2K file here - that's the
autocompletion file. To clear a couple of entries, type an email that makes the name appear use the arrow keys to highlight the one you don't want and hit delete.
