I need to figure out the date that an email address was saved in contacts and/or in autocomplete. This is for Outlook '07. Anyone know how/where to find dates that email addresses are initially saved?

It will be great if you could elaborate more on your query as it is not so clear. To find the initial saved date of email address you can filter that particular mail id in MS outlook 2007 search box. This way you can see the list of all emails communication which is store in the email box from initial date

There is no email communication, all was deleted. The address was saved in contacts, is there a file that shows the date it was saved in contacts? Or, since it is also in the .nk2 file for autocomplete, is there a way to find the date it was first saved in the autocomplete file?

Yes, there is a file that shows the date when it was saved in contacts, There’s a small utility named NK2View by the excellent Nirsoft that can help with this problem. The utility should automatically detect the location of your *.nk2 folder, but if it doesn’t you’ll find it in the following location:%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook
