If you use two identical rules in Conditions and Exceptions then exceptions doesn't work. I'm wondering if there is a way around my issue. Let me explain the situation. I have an accounting package that sends out invoices and statements sends a copy to Outlook. When these copy arrives in the inbox I have setup a rule to send it to a folder using "Specific words in the Subject" where all invoices and statements are held. This folder is full of unread emails as there is no point in reading them as I know they are only copies of invoices I have sent.
However if someone disputes or requires more information on an invoice or statement, then their reply is auto sent into this same folder and is not noticed by me. So I created a exception to this rule, using Except if the subject contains specific words and included the word " ". However this exception doesn't work. Any suggestions please |
