JUNK FILTER OFF BUT MAIL STILL FALLING INTO IT
I have recently started using outlook, migrated details from express.
I have found that the Outlook Junk Mail filters were taking out a lot of my good emails so I have turned it off. Unfortunately this has not made much difference and there is still LOT'S of good mail going into the Junk Email Folder. |

Are you running any other antispam software? |

Yes I am also running spampal.
I have spampal set up so that all spam comes through with **SPAM** inserted into the subject line before it gets to me. It then sends anything with this tag into a folder called spam. The messages that are going into my JunkMil box dont have the tag of SPAM in the subject and therefore I guess they are not being touched by spampal. So why do they still go into JunkMail.
