Hi All,
On one of our remote offices our users are sending mail using the ISP SMTP server. It looks like Outlook 2003 is not advertising the size of the messages before sending it to the server. When users are not paying attention, they try to send attachements larger then what the server accepts. After the size limit has been reached, the SMTP server cuts the connection. But our lovely outlook keeps trying over and over. The messages stays in the Outbox for days or until someone wakes up. Is there a place where I can restrict the size of attachements that can be sent? Or can I limit the amount of unsuccessful trials? (Just like we do with faxes) THANKS |
