Install trouble with outlook 2002 after uninstall of office 2003
 

Hello,
I bought a new PC with office 2003 trial. I prefered office XP so I
uninstalled the 2003 trial and used my Office XP disk to install. All
is well except outlook 2002 gives me this message:

UNABLE TO OPEN YOUR DEFAULT E-MAIL FOLDERS. COULD NOT OPEN ITEM. TRY
AGAIN?.

I get caught in an endless loop here.. HELP!!

Create a new mail profile under Control Panel, Mail Icon.
