Default Creating a stock of emails for sending later. How?

I run a small business and often receive emails for services I offer.

I want to create some stock emails for replying to these enquiries so
I don't have to manually compose each reply.

What is the best way to do this?

Cheers

Create templates for each type of response or use a commercial application
like E-Mail Templates - http://www.emailtemplates.com/

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, JNC asked:
