what version of outlook? is the message in the inbox or the junk folder?
Outlook 2003 SP2 has added security that blocks urls in potential junk mail
messages.

Are you running OL2003, SP2 and is the message in your Junk E-mail folder?
If so, that's natural behavior now

Im using outlook 2000 (yikes i know!) and having email imported from my bell
sympatico account. the messages are not from my junk email folder, they are
coming from my inbox. its really frustrating because i have to view code and
then copy and paste the url in my browser window if i want to follow a link
from my email. cheers!
