Default Office XP "Outlook" calender not showing holidays in 2006

I noticed on my Outlook program at work, and now here at home on both my
wifes and my outlook, that Holidays can't be added to 2006 and beyond by the
traditional method. Is this happening to other people? (I have OfficeXP
installed and updated in all three places)
