Moving a distribution list

I received a distribution list from a colleague. I looked in the help for
how to put it into my Contacts. It was a very simple procedure. Just drag
the object from inside the message to the contacts folder. This did not
work. It just brought up a new contact form; not even a new distribution
list form.

Any ideas on how to really do it? FWIW I'm running Outlook 2003 SP1 on XP
Pro. I noticed that the distribution list has a .mdi file extension.

Thanks,

Tom

Moving a distribution list

The DL needs to be inserted as an Outlook Item in an RTF message for this
method to work.
