attachement, it launches my photo software without giving me the option to save to file. How can I set this to not launch without that option? |

How can I set this to not launch without that option? Do you mean that once your photo software launches that there is no FileSave As menu item in the photo software? Save the attachment first and then open it from the folder in which you saved it. -- Brian Tillman |

Windows' file settings control the behavior of attachments that you open.
In Windows Explorer, choose Tools | Folder Options | File Types. Select the extension for the file type, then click Advanced. You should see a checkbox for "Confirm open after download." -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Don Smith" wrote in message ...
