Oulook crashing
 

Hi

On one of the PCs outlook starts but then crashes and requests to send an
error report. How can I fix it? I was thinking of detect and repair but I
presume I can't run it until I am in outlook?

You might try starting it with the /CleanProfile switch.

While Outlook is closed, rename the outcmd.dat file (it's hidden to unhide
folders and files in Windows Explorer), then try to open Outlook again. You
can also delete the .srs file to see if that helps. If not, there are other
options.
Have you checked your application event viewer for anything related to
Outlook or Office?
