Forwarding Outlook Web Access Mail

I would like to forward the email I receive in Outlook web forward it to my
Gmail account. I was looking into the rules and I created one with every
option blank except the option "forward it to". Can you tell me how the rule
should look like to accomplish this? Thanks.
