Scan image into message
 

I have one user (Outlook XP) that has an option to scan an image as as
attachment (Insert | From Scanner or something close). I had to reintall
Windows XP and now he doesn't have that option. I have looked in the Tools
| Options option, but I don't see where to add that option. Any ideas?

I would think that would be a function of his scanner software.

He is probably using Word as his email editor.
