Getting ALIAS'S from Outlook

I'm using Outlook 200 and 2003 (two different machines), in a
coorporate environment (exchange server).

We use distribution lists a lot, and I have one with about 60 people
from which I need to get usernames (alias). I need the alias's (now
reflecting my company's network login USERNAMES) to forward to our IM
department to set permissions on some shared LAN folders and a
SharePoint workgroup site.

Problem is, to get each alias I need to go one by one..a very large
task to do not, and I'll need do do this multiple times in the future
with other groups. So I'm not looking forward to doing this many
times.

Currently I get the alias by "selecting names".

Is there some automated way to do this, given I can get the email
addresses easily by copy/paste the dis list

Thanks
Jerry

See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/print.htm for some tools that may help with this.
