outlook crashes
 

Hi,
a colleague of mine has office 2003. When they reply to an email the
program hangs. I have searched for a fix, and found the following

The first describes the problem exactly, but is for the wrong version of
office.

The second has a solution that we have tried, but it does not resolve the
problem. (Winword re-appears in task manager, and outlook does not start
responding again).

I have tried applying all updates (through microsoft update), but this does
not fix the problem.

Can anyone help with this?
