scrollbar disappears when you adjust window size
 

When typing a new message in outlook 2003 the bottom of the scrollbar
will disappear if you shrink the window down very far. If you you
don't expand the window back out you cant scroll through your whole
email message. I don't know if this is just a normal outlook thing but
i've never seen it happen on any other window's program before.
