I need to create a standard email form in our company which everyone
will use to create new emails. Unfortunately I cannot include the logo
as a signature as that way the logo is repeated all the time if the
mail is long, also you don't see the links. I also have to add links to
the outgoing emails so that when users create an email it would by
default have our company logo, a link to our website, a link to our
disclaimer, etc. Basically they would click a button and then be routed
to our website. Can all of this be done with VBA in Outlook? or do I
have to look for software (perhaps HTML builder or something like
that)? Any info would greatly be appreciated.

What you want is HTML stationery, not a custom form or VBA. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/stationery.htm for tools and other ideas.

Thanx, I'll try that.
