Message sent as Rich Text appear as HTML
 

In Outlook 2003, if I send email in Rich Text format, it delivers and reads
in HTML format. How do I read it in Rich Text automatically. I am using
Word 2003 to read and edit messages.

What is your setting for rich-text in Tools | Options | Mail Format | Internet Format? Exchange or POP3 mail account?
