Print Calendar Facing Pages

I need to print monthly Outlook calendar with full weekend columns
(preferably option to expand width of days with more events), reduce
type size of events to fit in grid, and option to print on facing pages
with full weekend columns. If another program, must import .csv file
from Outlook with time and event description. Any ideas appreciated.
