Default Outlook 2003 - Multiple Email Accounts

I am currently running 2003 accessing multiple POP accounts, 1 exchange
server account, and a hotmail account using Microsoft's Outlook Connector.
Everything seems to work fine for the most part, but my exchange account
doesn't really synch, it just downloads everything to Outlook.

With all of these things going on, is it possible to have the Exchange
account do a synch rather than download?

I recall a problem when I originally set it up where I could have all of my
Exchange AND POP account emails go into the Exchange Mailbox (which I didn't
want), or to have it all go to the inbox for the POP accounts, but I
couldn't keep Exchange separate from the POP accounts. I may have something
set up incorrectly, but am confused whether it can be done because of the
IMAP hotmail account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tom

use rules to move the pop accounts to a separate folder and stick with the
exchange mailbox.

That's not a problem, it's the design.. Folders are not accounts. All POP
accounts share the delivery folders, as does an Exchange account if also in
the profile. Wherever you have the delivery location set is where you'll
see the Exchange and POP Inbox (and Calendar and Contacts, and...). HTTP
accounts (lke Hotmail - it's NOT an IMAP account) and IMAP accounts will
always get their own messages stores because messages stay on the server.

You should set your delivery location to the Exchange server and use rules
to move the mail coming in from the POP accounts to separate folders or
separate PSTs.
