I try to keep my Laptop in sync with my desktop as far as Outlook is
concerned. It seemed to be working OK in 2000. In Outlook 2003, I copy the
..pst file and all other files in the Outlook directory.to the similar
directory on my Laptop.

Some folders are now missing on my laptop. I thought the folder list was
part of the .pst file.

Why am I seeing this difference??

If you are overwriting outlook data files, you're risking corrupting the
mail profile.
