Very large font size

When I prepare an email message my font size is very large. I don't
have the optoion to change my font size either. If I send a copy of
the message to myself the font size in the copy message as well as
other received messages looks normal.

It was a problem with the Zoom option. I never went near it but it got
set to 500%!
