Setup an Outlook alert when I DO NOT receive a daily mail?

I'd like to be able to send a message to my blackberry letting me know when I
do not receive a particular daily e-mail.

The email trigger in question would have a unique subject heading and be
scheduled to come to my inbox at the same time, every day. If it does not come
at that time, then it implies a problem, is there a way to send an alert to
me, highlighting the fact that something that should have happened, hasn't?
Or is there a third party tool I need to use in conjunction with Outlook.
I am using Outlook 2003.
Any help that you can give me would be appreciated.

Impossible to do. How do you test the absence of something?

Do the opposite. Send yourself an alert if you DO recieve the e-mail. Then,
if you don't get your alert you know you did not get the e-mail.

Do the opposite. You will know if you get it, if not, the opposite is true.

But the mail itself if the alert. If he gets it, then he got it. If he
doesn't get it, he'll know by midnight of that day.
