Default Safe Sender List query Outlook 2003

Under Junk Mail Options, I have ticked the box "Safe List only: Only email
from people on your Safe Senders or Safe Recipients List will be delivered
to your Inbox". I have just had an email from someone who is NOT on either
list. How did that happen?

Please update your Outlook to get the latest junk email protection. In case

It was addressed to me. Interestingly, that email address (one of two I use)
appeared for some reason in the Safe Recipient List. Don't know how it got
there, but I've removed it and we'll see what happens!
