I am new to this so i dnt knw what im doing! i have dsl and cant figure out
hw to get connected to email through outlook.

One phone call to your service provider's help desk will sort you out.

No one here will be able to give you a complete answer, because they
will need to know stuff like the name of your POP server. You might get
_some_ help here, but you'll almost certainly still need to call your
ISP.

Pretty much the same way as setting up any other account, contact ISP for
pop/smtp settings. Usually their help pages have info for setting up OE - OL
is broadly the same -
