Not quite sure what you mean when you say "unable to log in"........Outlook
doesn't normally need the user to "log in". Please expand on what /actually/
is happening, and post any error message in full.

Thanks

when all is done i try to and then i get the enter network password

incoming server pop3 mail server because the server did not accept

Well there are two reasons for this. Either your usename and/or password
*are* incorrect, (Case? caps lock?) or, the mail server is down. To check
the latter, go to the servive status page of your ISP. To check the former,
does your ISP have web access to mail ? (Many do these days). If so, go to
that page and try to log on to your mail account there. If that works, then
the username and/or password you have entered into Outlook are definitely
wrong.

Only you and your ISP can answer that. Talk to their support people.
