Using Rules To Filter Out Blank E-Mails

Use reverse logic to create a rule. Create a rule that performs your desired
action on any email, and then use exceptions to indicate that if the subject
contains any of the following, "a", "e", "i", "o", "u", "y" (and whatever
other characters you think might appear in a legitimate subject line without
vowels), that the email should *not* have the action performed.

Can someone help me with a way to filter out junk e-mails with blank
"From" and/or "Subject" fields? I've tried a few things, with no
success.

Thanks.
