How? It won't let me into the Rules area at all.

I found a solution for it: If you can open Outlook Web Access, go into rules
from there and most likely one of the first rules will be something along the lines of "De-categorize all messages" or something like that. It is a rule that definitely looks out of place. Outlook Web Access is an Exchange Server product. So if you have an
Exchange server, ask your IT how to get to it. If you don't have one, then you don't have Outlook Web Access.
