How do I use either AND or OR in advanced find?

I need to be able to find email that contains either "crypto" or
"cryptosporidium" Does advanced find default to an OR or an AND in it's
searchs.

Also, does it search sub folders, or do I have to rerun advanced find every
time I wish to search another folder (i.e. can a search every folder in the
cabinet)?

To find either, loook only for "crypto". Searches use string matching.
"crypto" will match "crypto", "cryptosporidium", and even
"pancryptosnoggen"

You can search all the folders in a single message store, I believe.
