Hi
The location of mail is set at the bottom of the dialog page you get to
by selecting Tools | E-mail Accounts | Next (View or Change...).
Are you getting mail from Exchange, ro straight from an Internet mail
account?

Tools-Options-Other-Advanced. Change the Startup in this Folder to the
in-box.
