I just set up Outlook 2003

The email account I set up tested ok with the test option in the program.
However, I am not able to send or receive emails.

When I hit send/receive, a window pops up and closes in a flash and nothing
happens.

Any idea what is causing this? Should I reinstall? I have reviewed all my
settings and can't figure out what is keeping the program from working
especially since the test worked.

Enable diagnostic logging and look in the log. It may give you a clue
what's happening.
