Junk Mail Filter Doesn't work

Hi,

XP constantly attempts to update Outlook with a new junk mail filter. It
never succeeds. Anyone have this problem and how did you solve it? Thanks.

Junk Mail Filter Doesn't work

Usually when the update fails, you get a message that tells you a knowledge
base to check.

It did and I did. Still no luck installing it.
