Hi,

I have a user that is using outlook 2003 with Exchange. When she replies to
all, she gets a copy back as well. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance.

because reply to all means what it says - she must manually remove her
address from the "To" field in order to stop this.

It normally means that the user has more than one active email address in
that profile and Exchange does not know which one is the one to reply to so
it replies to the one in the original message.
