Is there a way to set up an Outlook Rule that if a message is not read
after a certain amount of time, that Outlook will automatically forward a copy to someone else? I have Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003. Thanks. |

Nope. Rules run at the time of receipt or sending.
