Are you setting up via the mail applet in the control panel?

In Her desktop
Create Profile, named whatever eg 'Pats'
If the profile setup shows your Profile also, set it to prompt for the
profile
Create data file
Set up account(s) - and test them

I'm assuming 'she' has a seperate email account to 'you', ie username and
password are different to yours

In the mail applet;
Show profiles Btn
It shows a profile? and you added one for 'Her'?
Then selected that profile, properties?
