how do you un-install outlook 2003 or all of office 2003 so that there are
no traces of the program on the system. The users .pst folder is messed up. I tried removing and re-importing. But they end up showing like 3 personal folders, that I can't remove??? SO I tried un-installing outlook via add/remove and then re-installing old problem came back. So what I would like to do is do a COMPLETE un-install without reformating the entire hard drive. any utility to do this? |

You do not have to uninstall at all. Just create a new mail profile. Control PanelMailShow ProfilesAdd. -- Brian Tillman |

I've created new profiles however there are like 3 profiles showing. I can
get the one to work but the other two I can't delete or get rid of?? Right clicked to try to delete, no delete available. Gone into mail profiles and tried to delete still can't??? Gone into mail profiles and tried to delete still can't??? Select the one you want and click Remove. There is no right-clickDelete in the Mail applet. Ther's no right-clickanything. If you see something on right-click, you're not in the Mail applet. I have a feeling you're confused about what a mail profile is and where to find it. -- Brian Tillman |
