Mass-Exporting HTML emails in original format? Please help! :)
Hi,
Thanks for at least looking at my message, maybe you're the person who can help me find a solution for this... I work in a large company that currently has ~500,000 or so emails in Outlook (2003) relating to customer service. My goal is to export all of these emails into a regular folder, all in seperate files, appearing in their original format. For example, the emails have various HTML elements in them which I would need to stay in-tact once the email is exported. Also, the emails would need to be searchable (i.e. - tools--find a message---search by receipent's email address in Outlook). Is this possible? Easy? Are there programs out there for this sort of thing? I would greatly appreciate any help the kind folks out there could give. (Note: I've tried "HTML Email Archiver for Outlook" and "Amber ABC Outlook Converter", both found via Google, but they didn't really cut it.) Thanks in advance. -Justin |
