Outlook 2k3

I have an issue with Outloook where i want the calendar to pop up
reminders, but it is not, even though all the settings clearly show
that it should be bringing pop ups. I checked the advanced options and
reminder options and reminders are enabled.

any thoughts?

If this your default calendar?
