Viewing and Adding Delegates is very slow
 

I have a user who only has one problem (currently) in Outlook. When she goes
into options and clicks on the Delegates tab, it takes 30 seconds or more
before the tab finally opens up. Then she'll click Add and it will take a
while to load the address book, then she'll select a person and click okay
and it will take a long time for the new delegate to load. Anybody have any
idea what could cause this?
