Default Exchange Server 2003 Crashes

My Exchange server errors and crashes every hour on the hour with the
same issue. The error message is the following. "MSExchange Transport".

Failed in reading Connector's DS Info Process Id: 296 Process location:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\inetinfo.exe ConnectorDN: CN=FAXmaker:i386
(MHWBFAX),CN=Connections,CN=NTSERVER,CN=Routing
Groups,CN=NTSERVER,CN=Administrative Groups,CN=MHWB,CN=Microsoft
Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=mhwb,DC=c om Hr:c004038a
Attribute:[homeMTA].
I have spent over a $1000.00 on tech support with no solution. Can
someone please point me in the right direction. I recently demoted a
Win2000 server from a domain controller role and removed it from Active

directory. I had assigned another server the DC role primary role prior

to the demotion.
