Importing from Excel into Outlook
When I import a contact list from Excel into Outlook it is treating each
line of the address as a separate contact instead of putting them all together into one contact. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? |
Importing from Excel into Outlook
You need to use the Insert | Name command to create a single named range to cover all the data you want to import. Then make sure you map the fields to the right Outlook properties.
