Importing from Excel into Outlook

When I import a contact list from Excel into Outlook it is treating each
line of the address as a separate contact instead of putting them all
together into one contact. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix
this?

Importing from Excel into Outlook

You need to use the Insert | Name command to create a single named range to cover all the data you want to import. Then make sure you map the fields to the right Outlook properties.
