Outlook has always used Outlook Express to read news. Nothing different
here. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. You are mistaken. Outlook is not and never has been a newsreader. They like
to fool you by launching Outlook Express with a "Microsoft Outlook Newsreader" titlebar. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "db" wrote in message news:2URHg.18069$RD.11006@fed1read08... The News button in Outlook opens Outlook Express with only the news stub.
If you look at Help-About in the news reader, it always read Outlook Express. Outlook never had a news reader and still does not in Outlook 2007.
