Interesting subject - I receive images via Outlook Express in many
forms. Some are attached and simple to deal with and some are imbedded within the text area of the message. Some appear in both cases. Regardless of how they appear I forward the attached and save the individual images that appear within the text and forward them as appropriate. I have respondents that cannot render those messgaes that are not attached. I recieived a group of images today that were imbedded and not attached. While not unusual they were not seperated as individual images but contingent with no seperation between them. I was able to highlite them individually and save the individually. I sent then on as individual attachments and thought all was fine. They appeared as long steams of hyrographic nonsense to the receiver. Are there any rules as to deal with these various configurations of image tranfer? |

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports. Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups. You can also find some good Outlook Express information he http://www.insideoutlookexpress.com/ -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
