403 error owa
 

Hello,

One of our users (alias: m.mistera; e-mail: ) has been
moved to a different Exchange 2003 server (exch07).

The owa url is:
https://webmail.ourorg.com

After typing his username and password, he gets a 403 error: "This error
(HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the
website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage."

If he connects to
https://webmail.ourorg.com/m.mistera
there is no problem at all.

The other users on the same server (exch07), with the same format for their
e-mail addresses ) can connect to
https://webmail.ourorg.com
without a problem. They do not need to use their alias.

There is a lot of info on the 403 error, but this info does not apply to the
situation where there is only one user that has this problem. I have deleted
the mailbox and reconnected it, but that didn't solve the problem.

Help would be appreciated!
