First you should know that most ISPs limit the number to something like 50
or 100 unless you have permission from the ISP to be a "mass mailer." They
will state the rules that mass mailers must follow, like after 11:00 p.m.,
and you must have "subscription" requests on file.

Next, you can create either distribution lists or use categories. Outlook
Help will tell you how.

You can select any number of entries from the Outlook address book, by
holding down the Shift key and selecting as many as you want. Simply
insert the grouped addresses into a new email as you would any other.

However, it's most unlikely that your ISP will relay the email. There
is usually a restriction on the number on recipients per email message
and there may be a maximum number of emails per day.

The simplest way to do this is to select 49 addresses at a time (it's
most unlikely the restriction is less than 50) and send multiple
emails. (Copy & Paste will be your best friend).

Hello,

You can also use a mail merge tool like Easy Mail Merge for Outlook. You can
find it he http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/mail_merge.html

Please try our email scheduler (http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm)
which will allow you to send multiple individual emails, either as a one-off
or regularly at a specified time and interval.

Can advise even two solutions:

1. For sending Bulk emails (using distribution lists as well) - when
using "send personally" mode - it send separate emails:

http://send2.4team.biz/try_SendLater...07180190pwkkd3

Unfortunately limited on trial but quite cheap

2. Email scheduler (Send email later, can also personilize + other
advantages like doc tracking..)

Good Lack!
