you can send a single event ical to anyone who uses a compatible calendar.
you can create a word calendar and send the document or save it as html and send it. for utilities, see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm - the word templates are under printing tools. Outlook 2007 will allow you to send multiple events in an ical to users of certain other calendar programs (not earlier versions of outlook). -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Jack Barrett" wrote in message ...
