I have recently purchased a new PC with Microsoft Office 2003 professional
preinsatlled. I have succesfully copied the emails form my old pc to the new pc. A number of my emails, mostly those with attachments have been moved to a large emails folder. This makes it difficult to find the messages as they are not organised as in Outlook 2000. How can I stop emails being routed to Large Email Folder. |

that should only happen if you are using exchange server and working on a
slow connection, unless it's just the Search folder's large message folder. That's just a virtual folder and the messages are where you put them. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Supersonic" wrote in message ... If you are referring to the "Large Mail" folder under Search Folders, don't
sweat it. The folder Large Mail is a virtual folder with the actual item still existing somewhere else (e.g. Inbox). If you are just converting over from Outlook 2000, you might find http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2003/interface.htm helpful. "Supersonic" wrote in message ...
